Description

The stable at Priory Farm, originally listed as the barn and stable to the north of Priory Farmhouse, dates from the 17th century and has undergone significant alterations, including recent additions at both ends. It is a long timber-framed structure with a pantile roof. The upper part of the walls is covered with weatherboarding, while the lower section is brick-nogged, revealing a substantial framework on the south wall, which has been modified with modern openings. This building is included for its group value and possibly its considerable age.
