Description

The bench at Fountain Pond is a 19th-century garden bench made of ashlar. It features console-bracketed supports and a moulded back that rises at the center, with sphinx arm-rests. This bench is one of several 19th-century and earlier garden features in the significant Spring Wood garden design.
