C18. One each side of the main axis of the Menageric Pond, at its north-western end; a pair of small square pavilions with interior seats on each side of an open throughway. The sides are painted brick but each end (of wood) comprises an arched opening with coupled pilasters (a fully moulded Doric Order) supporting a steep pediment (being the gable of a slate roof). The archway has a moulded architrave and a keystone.
