Description

The building located on the south side of High Street in Mayfield, occupied by Holmwood Gardens, R Stedman and Sons (butchers), J Gravener (antiques), and Country Wise Grocers, is a two-storey structure with an attic, dating from the 18th century. It features seven windows, three of which are twin windows, and three dormers. The first floor is tile-hung and partly painted, while the roof is half-hipped and tiled. The ground floor has modern shop fronts that have been built out.
