Description

The Wood Tomb, located twenty yards east of the Church of St Dunstan, is a chest tomb dating from 1812. It is constructed of stone and features a moulded plinth, panelled sides, and a corniced lid. The tomb is inscribed to John Wood, who died in 1812. At the time of the last survey, it was noted to be somewhat dilapidated.
