Description
This is an 18th-century building, originally known as The Wee Hoose and Pratt’s Corner, and later The Wee House and Pratt’s Corner, now named Courtyard Cottage and Pratts Corner. It is located on the south side of Fletching Street in Mayfield. The building is two storeys high and has four windows. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick, while the upper floor is faced with weather-boarding. The roof is tiled. The windows are a mixture of casement windows (in Courtyard Cottage) and sash windows with glazing bars (in Pratts Corner).
