Description

Charity Cottages, located on the north side of Fletching Street in Mayfield, is an early 17th century timber-framed building. It features red brick infilling on a stone base, although much of the ground floor has been refaced with red brick, while the upper part is finished with tile-hanging or weatherboarding. The building has a gable at the south end and a tiled roof. It consists of two storeys and an attic within the gable, and includes three casement windows.
