Courtney Cottage is a 16th-century timber-framed building located in Fletching Street, Mayfield. The original building has plaster infilling between the timber framing and curved braces on the first floor. The ground floor was rebuilt in painted brick. It has a tiled roof and casement windows. The cottage is two storeys high with four windows.
