Description
Cowbeech Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier half-H shaped timber-framed building, with the north-west wing possibly added later. The south-west wing is refaced with weather-boarding and features a tile-hung gable that oversails on brackets. The central portion is constructed with grey headers and has red brick window dressings and a stringcourse. The north-west wing alternates between red brick and grey headers. The roof is tiled and includes a pentice on the north side. The farmhouse has sash windows with vertical glazing bars only, and the doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets.
