Ground floor brick rendered,- first floor tile- hung. Tiled roof with end brick chimneystacks. Two storeys; 3 windows. First floor has 16-pane sashes. Ground floor has C20 casements. Central C20 porch. Old Ivy Cottage has one storey C20 extension to south. Little Ivy has one storey 1971 extension to north.
