Description

Pardons Cottage and The Post Office Stores, located at Wood's Corner, is a single building dating from the 18th century or earlier. It stands two storeys high and features two windows. The ground floor is made of red brick, while the upper storey is tile-hung. The roof is tiled. There is a casement window, although the glazing bars are missing. The shop section has weather-boarding and a pentice above the modern shop front. To the west, the residential part of the shop, which includes one window-bay, is a modern addition also faced with weather-boarding.
