  1. C18. 2 storeys and attic. 3 windows. 2 dormers. Red brick. Slate roof. Brick cornice with a row of bricks inserted diagonally, the points protruding as modillions. Brick string course above the ground floor. Windows with segmental heads. Wide double doorway in frame with hood over, Steps shaped like a mounting block leading up to it. The ceilings of the ground floor rooms and the floors of the lst floor rooms have been removed internally and the whole made into one large high studio with a gallery at one end. Attics above remain.
