Description
This is an 18th-century building on the south side of Quay Hill. It is constructed of painted brick with a modillion eaves cornice and a tiled roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic containing two dormers, one of which is an enlarged square dormer. It has two windows, which are sash windows with flush frames and glazing bars. The windows retain their original glazing patterns. The doorway features pilasters, a pediment, and a semi-circular fanlight, and the door itself has six moulded panels.
The building is part of a group of listed buildings on Quay Hill, along with its pavement surface and bollards, which together possess group value of Grade II*.
