Description

Ivy Cottage and Ivy House is a building dating from the 17th century or earlier. Originally timber-framed, it was refaced in the 18th century with tile hanging and some red brick, with the east wall weatherboarded. The first floor of the rear elevation is jettied, and the roof is half-hipped, covered in tiles, with a tall red brick chimney. It features sash windows with original glazing bars. Ivy House has a doorway with pilasters, a projecting cornice, and a door of six moulded and fielded panels. Ivy Cottage has a modern porch and bays on each side of it.
