Description

No. 8 Cobourg Place is a late 18th-century building that features weatherboarding and a parapet. It has a tiled roof and stands two storeys tall with three windows. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. On the left side, there is a two-storey Victorian canted bay window, also with sashes and glazing bars, topped with a moulded cornice. The central doorway has a moulded doorcase with a coved cornice and a plain frieze, along with a rectangular fanlight and a later glazed door.
