Description

No. 10 Wood's Passage is an early 19th-century cottage made of red brick, featuring a tiled hipped roof and brick dentil eaves. The building is two storeys tall and two windows wide, with sash windows that have vertical glazing bars and ground floor brick arches. The central doorway is topped with a hood that has a moulded cornice supported by shaped brackets, and it has a modern glazed door. At the rear, there is a later 19th-century painted brick wing. No. 10, along with Nos. 2, 4, 8, 13, 15, 21, and 23 Wood's Passage, forms a group, although No. 15 is of local interest only.
