Description

These are a pair of two-storey brick cottages dating from the early 19th century. The exterior presents a symmetrical facade with a central rendered chimney stack and a hipped tiled roof with brick modillion eaves. The brickwork is alternate red and grey headers. Each cottage has one sash window with glazing bars on each floor, each window set within a flat brick arch. Doorways are located at each end of the facade, also with flat brick arches above; the door to No. 30A is a modern replacement. The interior has not been inspected. The cottages are a good example of early 19th-century domestic architecture and contribute to the group value of listed buildings along All Saints' Street.
