1 Waterloo Place is an early 19th-century house located next to the rear of No 121 All Saints' Street, facing west. The building is finished in stucco and features a low-pitched slate hipped roof. It has three storeys and a basement, with two windows across the front, which are sash windows with glazing bars. On the left side, there are steps with iron railings and a turned newel leading up to a round-headed doorway. This doorway has a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars, a reeded frieze, and a glazed door. The basement window is a sash without glazing bars.
