Description

Hawarden House is an early 19th-century building on the east side of All Saints’ Street. It is constructed of brick with glazed headers, featuring plaster stringcourses and a tiled hipped roof with brick dentilled eaves. The building is three storeys high, with a basement, and has one window facing the street. The ground floor features a round-headed doorway with a fanlight above, accompanied by a sash window. The first floor has a canted bay window with sash windows, while the second floor has a single sash window. All windows retain their original glazing bars. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings on All Saints’ Street.
