Description
108 All Saints Street is a 2-storey building with a datestone at the rear dating from 1747, although the front has been significantly altered in recent years. The exterior is stuccoed with a false timber frame that hides the earlier structure. The roof is tiled with gabled ends, featuring new tiles at the front. The building has three windows; on the ground floor, there are two modern multi-pane bow windows with a modern studded door between them. The first floor has one and two-light modern casements with glazing bars. At the rear, there is a wing that is also stuccoed and has a tiled roof with a gable end, which displays the datestone "HRM 1747". The rear features modern windows, but there is one original small sliding casement on the side with glazing bars. All the listed buildings in All Saints Street are part of a group.
