Description
The garden wall and attached gazebo at Westlords date from the 18th century. The structure consists of a rectangular flint garden wall that is slightly more than three sides, standing about 10 feet high and measuring approximately 100 metres by 55 metres, with the gazebo located in the north corner. The wall is made of flint with stone quoins and features a pyramidal tiled roof. The south front includes a tripartite window with leaded lights and a cambered entrance with a plank door. Originally, this wall served as the garden wall for Ratton Manor, which was demolished and replaced by the house called Westlords in 1906.
