Description

Charvil Farmhouse is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It dates from the 16th century and 18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The building features a mix of construction styles, including part timber framing, roughcast, and brick. It has an old tiled gabled roof and a parallel ridge plan, with an extension at right angles on the northwest side.

The west front of the farmhouse includes four upper 3-light casement windows. On the ground floor, there is a wide angular bay on the right with sash windows, a pedimented lattice porch, one sash window, a ledged door with a flat hood, and a large 4-light casement window on the left.
