Description

Roxburgh and Laundry Cottage is a late 17th- and early 18th-century house, originally part of the service wing of The Grove. It is two storeys high and constructed of colour-washed brick, with an old tile roof. A projecting timbered gable is on the right side, featuring a three-light leaded casement window on the first floor and a four-light casement window on the ground floor. A battened door is located beneath a flat hood on the extreme right. To the left of the gable is a three-light leaded casement window on the ground floor, and a three-light vertical sliding sash window above.
