Description
These are a pair of houses, dating from around 1840 to 1850. They are located on Trinity Place and are built of stock brick with red brick detailing. The houses have three storeys and a basement, and feature gabled fronts with pierced bargeboards. The windows are marginal glazed sashes, with tripartite arrangements on the ground floor and ornate cast iron balconettes. The doorways are round-headed, each with a radial glazed fanlight. The properties, together with Holy Trinity Church and the houses at numbers 1 to 10 Claremont Road, form a notable group.
