Description
Nos 4 and 5 Trinity Place are a pair of buildings dating from around 1840 to 1850. They are two storeys tall with a basement, constructed of stock brick. The buildings feature stone quoins, a band between the storeys, and parapet coping. Each building has three windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor, with glazing bar sashes set in rusticated painted stone or stucco surrounds that include keystones. There are doorways at each end of the front, with doors featuring two round-headed panels, semi-circular fanlights, pilasters supporting a moulded arch, and a rusticated surround. Nos 1 to 23 Trinity Place, along with Holy Trinity Church, form a group with Nos 1 to 10 Claremont Road.
