Description
12 and 13 Trinity Place are a pair of buildings dating from around 1840 to 1850. They are three storeys tall with a basement, constructed from red brick and stock brick. The front features paired gables, with No 12 displaying pierced bargeboards. There is a sill band at the first floor level. Each building has one window, with a tripartite window on the ground floor and marginal glazed sashes above, along with Venetian shutters on the upper floors of No 12. The entrances are set back and have stuccoed corniced doorways. These buildings, along with Nos 1 to 22 Trinity Place, form a group with Holy Trinity Church and No 10 Claremont Road.
