Description

Nos 50 and 51 Thames Street are a pair of houses built around 1830-1840. They are three storeys high and constructed from yellow stock brick, featuring a stone cornice and blocking course. The upper floors have six windows, with the end bays slightly recessed. These windows are glazing bar sashes set beneath gauged flat arches. The ground floor has a plain double shop front with panelled pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice, along with plate glass windows. Nos 49 to 51 form a group with Sir Christopher Wren's House.
