Description

Minitiques and Andre Garnet is a pair of semi-detached cottages, now functioning as a small house, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. The building is constructed of brick and features an old tile hipped roof. It has two storeys and a central chimney that has been cut down. The eaves are offset and dentilled. The front is symmetrical with two bays. The first floor has 20th-century metal casements with leaded lights, while the ground floor features a 20th-century shop front of no special interest, with a 20th-century entrance door on either side.
