Description

Dairy Cottage and Bay Tree Cottage are semi-detached cottages built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a hipped old tile roof, standing two storeys tall with a central chimney. The front is symmetrical with four bays, including two central casement windows with glazing bars on each floor, which have segmental arched heads. The outer bays have blind openings on the first floor, with plain entrance doors below each, each door sheltered by a small gabled porch supported by cut brackets. There are lean-to extensions on each side, each containing a two-light casement window with glazing bars.
