Lodge. Mid C19. Painted stucco, low pitched slate roofs behind parapets. Tudor style. Rectangular plan with tall turret on south-east and one-storey extension at rear. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Mock Tudor chimneys of Doulton ware. High plinth, moulded strings above both floors; parapet pierced with trefoils. Casement windows with glazing bars in chamfered reveals and Tudor-arched heads; those on the first floor have hoodmoulds. Entrance (south-east) front: irregular fenestration. Entrance door with Tudor-arched head within half-octagonal turret at south-east corner. Canted bay window on either side of door at ground floor. INTERIOR: not inspected.
