Description
Littlewick Lodge is a house that was rebuilt in the 18th century from an earlier structure and underwent alterations and extensions around 1984. The building features a mix of painted brick and chalk, topped with hipped and gabled roofs covered in plain tiles. It has a double-depth plan with an extension on the south side and stands two storeys tall. The house has three chimneys with clay pots, including one located on the ridge.
The entrance front faces west and is symmetrical, consisting of four bays, with the two central bays slightly projecting. It has a dentilled cornice, a parapet, and plain coping. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and the tripartite windows include some with scalloped blind boxes; those on the ground floor have segmental heads. The fourth bay features blind openings. The central entrance door has four panels and is topped by a pedimented porch with a four-centred arched head, supported by four colonnettes on a low brick wall.
