No. 22 Church Street is a cottage dating from the early 17th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It features a half hipped thatched roof, a central chimney, and a small eaves dormer. The building has a long rectangular plan and is constructed with four bays of timber frame, which includes brick infill and some brick and render facing. It is 1½ storeys high and has irregular casement windows from the 19th and 20th centuries, along with plain doors located in the second and third bays.
