Description

This is an 18th-century barn located approximately 40 metres north of The Grange in Yattendon. It features a timber frame with brick and weatherboarded walls, topped by a hipped roof made of old tiles. The barn has a projecting hipped waggon entrance supported by brackets on the north side. It consists of five framed bays with aisles and has opposed central waggon entrances. Inside, there are stepped queen post trusses with transverse bracing and a double purlin roof.
