Description

22 West Mills is an early to mid-18th century town house, previously referred to as the Club House. The building has two storeys and a dormer, featuring a double-fronted design with five windows, although the central windows are blocked. It has a hipped tile roof and is constructed of red brick, with a rendered west return. The house displays a coved eaves cornice and a string course at the first-floor level. There are two hipped casement dormers, each with a coved cornice. The flush framed sash windows are adorned with gauged flat brick arches and have exposed boxing and glazing bars. A modern brick porch has replaced the former bracketed hood.
