Description

21 West Mills is a cottage dating from the mid-to-late 18th century. It is a two-storey building with a dormer window. The cottage features one window, a tiled roof, and is constructed of brick. A hipped dormer contains a casement window. The single window on the front has flush frames and three lights with glazing bars. A doorway is topped with a pedimented hood.
