Description

Cherry Orchard is a house located in Ashampstead, dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century additions to the west. The building is timber framed, featuring curved braces and white painted brick nogging, topped with a tiled roof. It has an L-shaped plan with two framed bays and is one and a half storeys high. On the façade, there is a 20th-century casement window to the right, a half-glazed door to the left that is sheltered by a 20th-century gabled porch, and a small 20th-century casement window to the right of the door. Additionally, there is a 20th-century brick addition that projects to the left.
