Description

This is a mid-18th century house on Church Street, Theale. It is constructed of rendered brick with an old tile roof, and has end stacks. The house is two storeys high, with three bays. It features glazing bar sashes with exposed wooden boxes, and a central first-floor blind window. The central entrance has a six-panelled door with glazed upper lights, a reeded architrave with lozenges at the corners, and a flat hood. The building is of group value. A dentil brick eaves cornice runs along the top of the house.
