Description

This is a 17th-century house, later altered and refaced in the 18th century, and now used as a shop. It is timber-framed with a rendered brick façade and an old tile roof. The building has one timber-framed bay and comprises two storeys and an attic. The roof has a coped parapet, a 19th-century gabled dormer window with a 2-light casement, and an end stack to the left. The first floor has two segmental-headed sash windows, each with glazing bars in the upper section. A 20th-century shop front is on the ground floor, featuring plate glass windows on either side of a glazed door, with a fascia above.
