Description
Nos. 33 and 35B on High Street is a house that has been converted into two shops. It dates from the 17th century, with a refacing from the late 18th century. The building has a timber frame, with brick facing on the left featuring grey headers, rendered brick on the right, and an old tile roof. There are significant remains of two framed bays, and the structure is two storeys high. An end stack is located on the left side. The first floor has two glazing bar sash windows with slightly segmental heads on the left and two 2-light casements on the right. The ground floor features two 20th-century shop fronts; the left one has a plate glass window, a door to the right, and a fascia above, while the right one has a plate glass window, a glazed door to the left, and a fascia above.
