Description

Noakes Hill Cottage is a cottage built in the 18th century and later. It features red brick and knapped flint with brick dressings, topped by an old tile roof. The building has end stacks and three gabled dormers that contain diamond leaded casements. It is 1½ storeys tall, with three ground floor segmental headed casements that also have diamond leaded panes. There is a boarded door located between the first and second windows from the right, which is sheltered by a 19th-century gabled porch. To the left, there is a 20th-century one-storey addition that is set back and has a two-light casement.
