Description
The barn at Beenham Hatch is a 17th-century structure located in Bucklebury. It features a timber frame with a brick plinth and is weatherboarded. The roof is half hipped and tiled, with opposed midstrays, and the western midstray is hipped. The barn consists of three framed bays and has an aisle on the west side. The original doors on the west side have been blocked, and a 20th-century window has been inserted in their place. Inside, the barn has queen post trusses, transverse bracing, and wind braces.
