Description

Mathews Tomb is a chest tomb located approximately 3 metres to the south of the nave of the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul in Yattendon. It was built in 1810 and is made of ashlar stone. The tomb features a moulded base and top, shaped corner balusters, and panelled sides. It is inscribed in memory of John Mathews.
