Description

Piction Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse with alterations dating to the early 19th century and 20th-century additions to the rear. It is timber framed and has been refaced with brick. A plat band runs around the building. The roof is of old tiles, with a catslide extending over an outshot to the rear, and end and rear stacks. The farmhouse has two framed bays, two storeys, and a garret. The first floor has two three-light leaded casement windows. A segment-headed boarded door is positioned slightly left of centre, with a 20th-century gabled porch. There is a three-light segment-headed leaded casement to the left, and a two-light and a three-light segment-headed leaded casement to the right.
