  1. Probably mid to late C19 corner building in Regency pastiche style. Three storeys brick. Hipped slate roof. Bracket eaves cornice in yellow brick. Two sashes with glazing bars intact. Ground and first floor windows in semi-circular bows. Palmerston Road elevation has 2 full-heing semi-circular bows, one window per floor.
