Public house. Late C16 with C20 additions to right and rear. Timber framed, rendered to right and faced with white painted brick to left. Old tile roof. Lobby entrance type of 2 framed bays with one framed bay gabled cross wing to right. 1½ storeys to left and 2 storeys to right. 2 raking semi dormers to left, that to left with cross window and that to right with 2-light casement. Large ridge stack above entrance off- centre to right, and end stack to left. 2 storey timber framed gabled porch off-centre to left with first floor 2-light casement, entrance beneath with moulded surround and C20 boarded door set back within; C20 lean-to to left with small casement. 2 ground floor casements to left, 2-light with segmental head to left and 4-light to right. First floor 3-light segmental headed casement in cross wing to right with C20 rectangular lean-to bay beneath with lead roof and 16-light window. Later one storey addition to right with hipped roof and stack to right. Interior: fireplace with chamfered lintel.
