Description

This is a boathouse villa, likely dating to around 1905. It is set on a river and has a gable end facing the water. The building is one storey with an attic and a basement. It is constructed with weatherboarding and has a thatched roof. Watergates are present, accompanied by a verandah supported by rustic wooden posts and covered with thatch. A small gable window sits above the watergates.
