Description

No. 3 Blagrave Lane is a late 17th century cottage, originally likely a pair, with one and a half storeys. The building features a square frame timber structure with brick infill and was formerly thatched. It has four bays and a modern tiled roof, which includes off-ridge gable end chimneys. The left-hand chimney stack is external and has a gabled socle. There are two modern dormers, each with three-light casement windows, and outer lean-to porches.
