Description

This is a small, symmetrical house dating from the late 18th century. It has a stuccoed front and a brick cornice at the eaves. The roof is steeply pitched, covered in old tiles, and features chimneys on each side. There are three windows, fitted with glazing bar sashes in almost flush frames. The central entrance has a flush panel door within an architrave surround, and is protected by a flat, trelliswork canopy with an arched blank fan behind it. The elevation is well-proportioned.
