Description

Pear Tree Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage situated on Common Street in Ravenstone. It is a two-bay, single-storey building with an attic, with a gable end facing the road. The construction is of coursed rubble stone, and the roof is thatched. The right bay features a modern glazed door, while the left bay has three-light leaded casement windows. Above the right-hand window is a two-light leaded eyebrow window set into the thatch. There are end stacks.
