Description

This building, located at 33 Market Square in Stony Stratford, is considered to have group value. It shares a construction with the adjacent building at number 21 Market Square. The building projects into the street displaying a double-gabled front facing northeast towards the High Street. The front elevation is rendered. It features a high gable with a new tiled roof to the left side and a lower gabled slate roof to the right. Three windows with glazing bar sashes are present on the first floor, and an attic window is situated to the left, set under the gable. The ground floor has been altered; two original entrances have been blocked, and a former central window has been converted into the current entrance. This entrance is accessed via a six-panel door, protected by a moulded hood and accompanied by side lights.
